Welcome to Revelation Guitars. By accessing our website or purchasing our handcrafted instruments, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Guitar Orders

Each Revelation Guitar is uniquely crafted to reflect the specifications and vision of the individual musician. By placing an order:

 

  • You acknowledge that build times may vary based on design complexity and materials selected.
  • You agree to pay a deposit or full payment (or as outlined at checkout) to begin the crafting process.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once materials are sourced and work has begun.

Payment & Pricing

Prices may be subject to taxes based on your location. We accept payments through secure third-party gateways.

 

We are not responsible for issues related to these external payment processors but will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
  • Delivery time may vary based on location, availability of materials, and customization needs.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs or third-party courier issues but will do our best to assist in tracking and resolution.

Returns & Repairs

Due to the personalized nature of our instruments:

  • Custom guitars are not eligible for return unless there is a structural defect.
  • If you believe your guitar is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess and, if necessary, offer repair or replacement.
  • Repairs beyond the initial delivery period may be available for a fee.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Revelation Guitars and Mike Pomykala.

 

You may not reproduce, copy, or repurpose any content without written consent.

Use of Site

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the site
  • Misrepresent yourself or use another’s identity
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

Limitation of Liability

Revelation Guitars is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or instruments, beyond the value of the guitar purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Benton County, Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
